Back in october 2002 jIM dIMZEY locked himself up in his 20 m² apartment with a Tascam 246 portable 4-channel tape recording studio, a few microphones, some instruments and a crate of Stewart's Scotch Whisky for a week.
The door was locked and the windows was covered with cardboard to keep the outside world out, and all that existed was JD and the music.
There were no food in the house and no drinks apart from tap water and the whiskey. The other fuel being 10 songs written in the shadow of a life filled with pain, joy, agony and euphoria all together.
The sound of that mixture was recorded and left to the afterworld to be known as 'Songs From the Mist'.
For nearly half a decade jIM lived on a paradise island somewhere in the pacific as the story goes – but now IMI records is happy to announce that he's back we're it all started and are working on his next release.
Keep following this site as it going to be updated as soon as jIM dIMZEY makes a move.
